The High Voltage Reality.

It's not just a switchbox. It's the critical barrier between a gigawatt-hour of energy and the grid. We engineer for the millisecond that matters.

Inrush is Violent

Connecting a 1500V battery string to a capacitive DC bus creates massive inrush currents. Our multi-stage pre-charge logic eliminates contactor welding risks, ensuring 20-year operational life.

Arc Flash Containment

DC arcs don't self-extinguish. We separate HV and LV domains mechanically. Gland plates are sealed, and active thermal management prevents heat buildup that could trigger insulation failure.

Thermal Dissipation

Contactors generate significant heat at full load (500A+). Passive cooling isn't enough in a container at 40°C ambient. We use CFD-optimized layouts to ensure components stay within safe operating areas.

INTERNAL ASSEMBLY

Layered Protection.

A robust protection strategy requires physical and logical separation. We architect RCUs as three distinct, interlocked layers.
