This site has no forms and uses no advertising tools. It uses one cookie to remember your language choice. Technical records of your visit (such as your IP address) are processed by the hosting provider, which also counts visits without cookies. Details below.
Controller
Our company is being registered; until then the site is operated by its founders. The controller’s legal name will be added to this notice on registration. For any request about personal data, write to info@wattality.com.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to continue the correspondence. We do not share them with third parties or use them for marketing. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE. It is written to your browser only when you press EN/TR, and remembers your language choice for one year. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical logs such as IP address, browser information, time of visit and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type, page load speed) without cookies and without building personal profiles. Fonts are served from the site itself; no request goes to a third-party font service.
External links
Some pages link to external sites such as LinkedIn. Those sites follow their own privacy rules.
Transfer abroad
Hosting and visit statistics (Cloudflare) and email (Google Workspace) are provided by companies based outside Türkiye, so the data described above is processed abroad. The transfer safeguards required by Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 will be completed as part of the company’s registration.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether and why your data is processed, to know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, and to have it corrected or, under the conditions the law sets, deleted. If you are visiting from the European Union, we extend the equivalent rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@wattality.com.
